That puts Missouri among the more forgiving states in the country on this point, and in sharp contrast to Alabama and Maryland, where a single percentage point is fatal, or Georgia and Colorado, where an even split pays nothing. A Missouri claim that other states would throw out is still a claim here — worth less, but real.
