Effective September 9, 2026
This policy explains what information The Felicetti Law Firm, PLLC collects
through felicettilawfirm.com and through the ways you contact us, how we use it, and the choices
you have. It applies to this website and to the firm’s text message, email and telephone
communications.
You give us information when you fill in a form on this site, sign up for text messages, email
us, call us, or send us documents. Depending on what you use, that can include your name, mobile
and other telephone numbers, email address, mailing address, preferred language, and whatever you
choose to tell us about your situation.
When you give permission to be contacted by text, email or phone, we also record the permission
itself: which channels you agreed to, the exact wording you were shown, your signature, the date
and time, and the IP address the signature came from. We keep that record so we can show what you
agreed to and when.
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: your IP
address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you view, and the site you came from.
This is used to keep the site working, to keep it secure, and to understand which pages people
find useful.
Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this website or by email
before we have agreed in writing to represent you. Contacting the firm does not by itself create
an attorney-client relationship, and information sent before that relationship exists may not be
protected by attorney-client privilege.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, or your consent to be texted, with any
third party for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging
providers we use to deliver these messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. Text message
originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
We send text messages only to people who have given express written consent, either by signing
the firm’s client communication consent form or by signing the form on our
communication preferences page. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Reply STOP to any message to
stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a
condition of hiring the firm or of any service we provide. Our full
Text Message Terms set out the rest.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only in
these situations:
Information covered by attorney-client privilege or by our duty of confidentiality is protected
by those rules, which are stricter than this policy.
This site uses cookies and similar technology to keep the site functioning, to remember your
preferences, and to protect forms against automated abuse. Most browsers let you refuse or delete
cookies through their settings; parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and usage information in
order to tell people from bots. That use is subject to Google’s own
privacy
policy and terms of service. The site also loads fonts and code libraries from third-party
content delivery networks, which receive your IP address as part of serving those files. If we add
website analytics, they will measure how the site is used — not the content of your communications
with the firm.
We keep client files for as long as the applicable rules of professional conduct and state law
require, and often longer. Records of consent to be contacted are kept for at least four years,
which is the limitations period under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Website logs are kept
for a shorter period, as needed to run and secure the site.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit
and access controls on the systems we use. No website or method of transmission is completely
secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been
compromised, contact us at the details below.
You can withdraw permission at any time, by any reasonable method, and we will honor it
promptly. Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of
any email, tell any member of the firm on a call, or email or call us using the details below. No
one method is required over the others. Withdrawing permission for marketing contact does not stop
the firm from reaching you about a matter it is already handling for you.
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to
delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
We may need to keep some information to meet our professional, ethical and legal obligations —
including consent records and client files — and we will tell you if that is the case.
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what
personal information we collect, use and disclose, the right to request deletion or correction, and
the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or
share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not use it for
cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us at the details below. Personal
information collected in the course of providing legal services may be exempt from some of these
rights.
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information
from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will
delete it.
This site may link to websites the firm does not operate. We are not responsible for the content
or the privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when
it last changed. If we make a significant change to how we handle mobile information or consent, we
will say so on this page.

This website is an attorney advertisement. Prior results do not guarantee a
