Text Message Terms

Program description

The Felicetti Law Firm sends text messages to its own clients who have given written permission to receive them. Messages are reminders of appointments for the medical treatment related to your case, and follow-ups asking whether you attended. The firm does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How to join

There are two ways to join, and both are in writing. You can check the text message box on the Communication Preferences page, enter your own mobile number, and sign. Or you can sign the firm’s client intake form, which authorizes text messages to the mobile number you write on it. The box is never checked for you, and the firm does not add anyone to text messaging on a verbal request.

Message frequency

Typically no more than six messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from the firm and messaging will cease. You may also call (800) 333-1988 or email info@felicettilawfirm.com to be removed. You can withdraw permission by any reasonable method — the firm does not require one specific channel.

Reply HELP to any message, or call (800) 333-1988. The firm answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported. Availability may vary.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

Text messages are not a secure or confidential channel. Do not send sensitive details about your case by text.

Changes

The firm may update these terms. The current version is always posted on the website.
