Text messages from the Felicetti Law Firm

About this program

The Felicetti Law Firm sends text messages to clients and to people who have
contacted the firm and given express written consent. Messages relate to your own matter and to
the firm’s services. We do not send text messages on behalf of any other business, and we do not
send messages to people who have not asked for them.

How you opt in

There are two ways, and both require your express written consent:

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring the Felicetti
Law Firm, of a free case evaluation, or of any service the firm provides.

Privacy policy

We collect your name, mobile number and email address only to communicate with you about your
matter and about the firm’s services.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, or your consent to be texted, with any
third party for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging
providers we use to deliver these messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. Text message
originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Your information is handled in accordance with applicable state law and the rules of professional
conduct that govern attorney-client confidentiality. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it
corrected or deleted, contact the firm at
info@felicettilawfirm.com or
(800) 333-1988. Our full
Privacy Policy is available here.

Terms of service

By opting in you agree to receive text messages from the Felicetti Law Firm at the number you
provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies by case
activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to stop
receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or
undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of hiring the firm or of any service. Full terms
are on our Text Message Terms page.

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw permission at any time, by any reasonable method, and we will honor it promptly.
Reply STOP to any text message, click the unsubscribe link in any email, tell any
Felicetti staff member on a call, or email
info@felicettilawfirm.com. No one method is required
over the others. Withdrawing permission for marketing contact does not stop the firm from reaching
you about a matter it is already handling for you.

Your signature

Federal law treats permission to receive automated texts and calls as something you must agree to
in writing. Signing on the form above is how you do that, and under the federal E-SIGN Act a
signature you draw or type has the same legal effect as one made with pen and paper. We keep a copy
of your signature, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date, time and IP address of your
signature. Your signature applies only to the boxes you ticked.
